1. الطلبات والتحضير1. Orders and Preparation

جميع المشتريات طلبات لمرة واحدة، ولا يتجدد الدفع تلقائيًا. وتُسلَّم الوجبات بالكمية المشتراة.All purchases are one-time orders. Payments do not renew automatically. Meals are delivered in the quantity purchased.

نحضّر الوجبات بعد تقديم الطلب، أما المكافآت المجففة فتتوفر عادةً من المخزون الحالي حسب التوفر.Our meals are prepared after an order is placed. Dehydrated treats are generally available from existing stock, subject to availability.

تظهر مدة التحضير والتوصيل في الموقع. يرجى إدخال بيانات تواصل وعنوان توصيل صحيحة، وتوضيح أي متطلبات خاصة بالكيك والتوزيعات.Preparation and delivery times are stated on the website. Please provide accurate contact details, delivery information, and any requirements for cakes and giveaways.

2. الأسعار والدفع2. Prices and Payments

جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي، ولا تفرض ماماز تريتس حاليًا ضريبة القيمة المضافة.All prices are listed in Saudi riyals (SAR). Mama’s Treats does not currently charge VAT.

تتطلب طلبات الموقع العادية دفع المبلغ كاملًا قبل البدء بتنفيذها.Regular website orders require full payment before processing.

يتطلب حجز الكيك والتوزيعات دفعة مقدّمة لا تقل عن 50% من قيمة الطلب، ويُدفع المبلغ المتبقي قبل التوصيل أو الاستلام.Cakes and giveaways require an advance payment of at least 50% of the total order value to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection.

يظهر مجموع الطلب شاملًا رسوم التوصيل عند إتمام الطلب، أو نؤكده معك قبل الدفع في طلبات الكيك والتوزيعات.The order total, including delivery charges, will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment for cakes and giveaways.

3. التعديل والإلغاء والاسترداد3. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

يمكنك طلب إلغاء طلب الوجبات واسترداد المبلغ خلال 12 ساعة من تقديم الطلب.For meals, you may request cancellation and a refund within 12 hours after placing your order.

ويمكنك طلب إلغاء طلب المكافآت المجففة وغيرها من المنتجات غير المخصّصة واسترداد المبلغ خلال 24 ساعة من تقديم الطلب.For dehydrated treats and other non-custom products, you may request cancellation and a refund within 24 hours after placing your order.

في طلبات الكيك والتوزيعات لا تُسترد الدفعة المقدّمة البالغة 50% عند إلغائك الطلب، ويُسترد أي مبلغ مدفوع زيادة عليها.For cakes and giveaways, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel your order. Any amount paid above that 50% will be refunded.

إذا ألغت ماماز تريتس طلبك أو تعذّر عليها تنفيذه، نردّ لك كل ما دفعته لهذا الطلب بما فيه الدفعة المقدّمة.If Mama’s Treats cancels your order or cannot fulfil it, all payments made for that order, including the advance payment, will be refunded.

بعد التوصيل لا يمكن إرجاع الأطعمة سريعة التلف أو المنتجات المحضّرة حسب طلبك لمجرد تغيير رأيك. أما طلبات إرجاع المنتجات الأخرى غير المفتوحة وغير المستخدمة فنتعامل معها وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.After delivery, perishable food and products prepared to your specifications cannot be returned solely because you change your mind. Return requests for other unopened, unused products will be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi law.

يُعاد المبلغ المعتمد استرداده إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويظهر عادةً خلال 7 إلى 14 يومًا حسب البنك أو شركة الدفع.Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 7–14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

لطلب تعديل أو إلغاء أو استرداد تواصل معنا عبر البيانات أدناه. ولا تؤثر هذه الشروط على حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو وصل فاسدًا أو لا يطابق طلبك.To request a change, cancellation, or refund, contact us using the details below. These conditions do not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, spoiled on arrival, or does not match your order.

4. التوصيل واستلام الطلب4. Delivery and Receiving Your Order

تظهر مناطق التوصيل ورسومه والمدة المتوقعة في الموقع، وتظهر أي رسوم توصيل عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع.Delivery areas, fees, and estimated delivery times are stated on the website. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

تُرسل الوجبات مجمّدة، وقد يذوب جزء منها أثناء النقل، لكن يجب أن تصل مبرّدة بشكل آمن.Meals are dispatched frozen. Some partial thawing may occur during transit, but meals must remain safely chilled upon delivery.

يرجى إدخال عنوان توصيل كامل وصحيح ورقم جوال يمكن التواصل معه، وأن تكون أنت أو من تحدده موجودًا لاستلام الطلب.Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. You or someone designated by you must be available to receive the order.

إذا تعذّر التوصيل بسبب خطأ في العنوان أو عدم وجود المستلم فقد تُضاف رسوم توصيل إضافية، وسنتواصل معك لترتيب الخطوة التالية.If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply. We will contact you to arrange the next step.

يرجى فحص الطلب عند استلامه. إذا كان هناك منتج ناقص أو خاطئ أو تالف أو يبدو فاسدًا، أو وصلت الوجبات دافئة، فتواصل مع ماماز تريتس خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتجات والتغليف. ولا تحدّ هذه المدة من حقوقك بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.Please inspect your order upon receipt. If products are missing, incorrect, damaged, appear spoiled, or meals arrive warm, contact Mama’s Treats within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the affected products and packaging. This reporting period does not limit your rights under applicable Saudi law.

يجب حفظ الوجبات والمنتجات التي تحتاج إلى تبريد أو تجميد فور استلامها، باتباع تعليمات كل منتج في الموقع.Meals and other products requiring refrigeration or freezing must be stored immediately upon receipt, following the instructions provided for each product on the website.

5. استخدام المنتجات والتقديم والحفظ5. Product Use, Feeding and Storage

منتجات ماماز تريتس مخصّصة للحيوانات الأليفة فقط.Mama’s Treats products are intended for pet consumption only.

يرجى اتباع تعليمات التقديم والتعامل والحفظ الموضّحة لكل منتج في الموقع، واستخدام المنتجات خلال مدة صلاحيتها المذكورة.Please follow the feeding, handling, and storage instructions provided for each product on the website. Use products within their stated shelf life.

راجع قائمة المكونات قبل الشراء، خاصةً إذا كان لدى حيوانك حساسية معروفة. وإذا كانت لديه حالة صحية أو يحتاج نظامًا غذائيًا خاصًا فاستشر الطبيب البيطري قبل تقديم أي منتج جديد له.Check the ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if your pet has known allergies or sensitivities. If your pet has a medical condition or requires a special diet, consult your veterinarian before introducing a new product.

قدّم المكافآت ومنتجات المضغ بكميات تناسب حجم حيوانك واحتياجاته الغذائية، وراقبه دائمًا أثناء المضغ ووفّر له ماء شرب نظيفًا.Treats and chews should be offered in appropriate portions for your pet’s size and dietary needs. Always supervise your pet while chewing and provide access to fresh drinking water.

يتحمّل العميل مسؤولية التعامل الصحيح مع المنتجات وحفظها بعد التوصيل، ولا يشمل الاسترداد أو الاستبدال التلفَ الناتج عن سوء التعامل أو الحفظ بعد الاستلام. ولا يؤثر ذلك على حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير آمن عند توصيله.Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery. Spoilage caused by improper handling or storage after receipt is not eligible for a refund or replacement. This does not affect your rights where a product was faulty or unsafe when delivered.

6. وصف المنتجات وتوفرها6. Product Descriptions and Availability

نحرص على دقة وصف المنتجات وقوائم المكونات والأوزان والصور.We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, weights, and photographs for our products.

لأن منتجاتنا من مكونات طبيعية وتُحضّر على دفعات، فقد يختلف لونها وشكلها وحجمها وقوامها. صور المنتجات للتوضيح، وهذه الاختلافات الطبيعية لا تؤثر على الكمية المذكورة أو مواصفات المنتج المتفق عليها.Because our products use natural ingredients and are prepared in batches, their colour, shape, size, and texture may vary. Product photographs are illustrative; these natural variations do not affect the stated quantity or agreed product specifications.

إذا أصبح منتج غير متوفر بعد تقديم طلبك، نتواصل معك لنعرض عليك بديلًا أو نردّ قيمة المنتج غير المتوفر، ولا نستبدل أي منتج دون موافقتك.If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

إذا أثّر خطأ في السعر أو الوصف على طلبك نتواصل معك قبل المتابعة، ولك أن تقبل التفاصيل المصحّحة أو تلغي المنتج المتأثر وتسترد قيمته.If a pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel the affected item for a refund.

7. الخصومات ونقاط الولاء7. Discounts and Loyalty Points

قد تقدّم ماماز تريتس أكواد خصم ونقاط ولاء ومكافآت أعياد الميلاد، وتظهر شروط كل عرض وقيمته ومدة صلاحيته وطريقة استخدامه في الموقع.Mama’s Treats may offer discount codes, loyalty points, and birthday rewards. Each offer’s eligibility, value, validity period, and redemption conditions will be stated on the website.

تظهر أي قيود على الجمع بين الخصومات أو استخدام المكافآت قبل إتمام الطلب.Any restrictions on combining discounts or using rewards will be shown before checkout.

عند إلغاء طلب أو استرداده تُسحب النقاط المكتسبة من المبلغ المسترد، وتُعاد النقاط المستخدمة في دفع المنتجات الملغاة.If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from the refunded amount will be reversed. Points used to pay for cancelled items will be restored.

تُستخدم النقاط في موقع ماماز تريتس فقط ولا تُستبدل نقدًا.Points can be redeemed on the Mama’s Treats website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

نعلن عن أي تغيير في هذه البرامج في الموقع، مع تاريخ سريانه وأثره على المكافآت الحالية.Changes to these programs will be communicated on the website, including their effective date and how they affect existing rewards.

8. بطاقات الهدايا8. Gift Cards

تُستخدم بطاقات الهدايا للشراء من mamaztreats.com فقط، بإدخال الرمز المكتوب على البطاقة عند إتمام الطلب.Gift cards can be redeemed only for purchases on mamaztreats.com by entering the code shown on the gift card at checkout.

لا تُستبدل بطاقات الهدايا أو رصيدها المتبقي نقدًا ولا يُسترد ثمنها نقدًا، إلا إذا تطلّب النظام ذلك.Gift cards and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash, except where required by applicable law.

9. حسابات العملاء واستخدام الموقع9. Customer Accounts and Website Use

يرجى إدخال معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب أو تقديم الطلب، وتحديث بيانات التواصل والتوصيل باستمرار.Please provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep your contact and delivery details up to date.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. وإذا شككت في دخول أحد إلى حسابك دون إذن فتواصل مع ماماز تريتس فورًا.You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, contact Mama’s Treats promptly.

لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأغراض مخالفة للنظام، أو التدخل في عمله، أو محاولة الدخول إلى حساب عميل آخر أو بياناته.You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another customer’s account or information.

يحق لنا تقييد الحسابات أو إيقافها عند وجود ما يدل على احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط، مع استمرار التعامل مع الطلبات والمدفوعات والمبالغ المستردة وحقوق العملاء القائمة وفق هذه الشروط والأنظمة المعمول بها.We may restrict or suspend accounts where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms. Outstanding orders, payments, refunds, and customer rights will still be handled in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

10. الملكية الفكرية10. Intellectual Property

اسم ماماز تريتس وشعارها وصور المنتجات الأصلية والأوصاف والتصاميم وغيرها من محتوى الموقع ملك لـماماز تريتس أو لأصحابها.The Mama’s Treats name, logo, original product photographs, descriptions, designs, and other website content belong to Mama’s Treats or their respective owners.

يمكنك تصفّح الموقع ومشاركة روابطه للاستخدام الشخصي. أما نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة إنتاجه أو تعديله أو استخدامه لأغراض تجارية فيتطلب إذنًا كتابيًا مسبقًا من ماماز تريتس، إلا فيما يسمح به النظام.You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using our content for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from Mama’s Treats, except where permitted by law.

11. مسؤوليتنا11. Our Responsibility

تلتزم ماماز تريتس بتوفير منتجات تطابق طلبك والوصف المذكور في الموقع.Mama’s Treats is responsible for supplying products that match your order and the descriptions provided on the website.

إذا وصل منتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو فاسدًا أو غير صحيح، نراجع المشكلة ونرتّب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد المناسب وفق حقوقك بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.If a product arrives defective, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under applicable Saudi law.

إذا أثّر ظرف خارج عن إرادتنا على التحضير أو التوصيل، نبلغك ونوضّح لك الخيارات المتاحة. ولا يلغي ذلك أي حق في الإلغاء أو الاسترداد تكفله لك الأنظمة.If an event beyond our reasonable control affects preparation or delivery, we will notify you and explain the available options. This does not remove any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.

ليس في هذه الشروط ما يستثني أو يحدّ من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز نظامًا استثناؤها أو الحدّ منها.Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. التعديلات على هذه الشروط12. Changes to These Terms

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتظهر النسخة الحالية وتاريخ سريانها في الموقع.We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be displayed on the website.

تسري على كل طلب الشروطُ المعمول بها وقت تقديمه، ولا تغيّر التعديلات اللاحقة طلبًا قائمًا إلا باتفاق معك أو إذا تطلّب النظام ذلك.The terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that order. Later changes will not alter an existing order unless agreed with you or required by law.

13. النظام المعمول به والنزاعات13. Applicable Law and Disputes

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

إذا كانت لديك أي ملاحظة فتواصل مع ماماز تريتس لنعمل معك على حلّها. ولا يؤثر ذلك على حقك في التواصل مع الجهات المختصة أو رفع دعوى أمام المحاكم السعودية المختصة.If you have a concern, please contact Mama’s Treats so we can work with you to resolve it. This does not affect your right to contact the relevant authorities or bring a claim before the competent Saudi courts.
